Tip, for as long as he can remember, has been under the control of a witch named Mombi. Upon news that Mombi is returning home to Gillikin Country, Tip plans to frighten her away by making a scarecrow named Jack Pumpkinhead.
But Mombi isn’t fooled. For revenge, she uses magic to bring Jack to life and then threatens to turn Tip into a statue. Tip is forced to escape the witch with the help of his new friend, Jack. Together they head to Emerald City, where more magic and danger awaits
